Online Refunds
We are proud to offer beautiful, high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your online purchases from Nature Baby. If you are not delighted with your online order for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish to return the item.
- Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.
- Refunds will be minus shipping costs or for exchanges, postage is to be paid for exchange item(s) delivery.
If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our Customer Services Team and they will assist you.
Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing. We have some helpful washing tips here or if you are unsure, please contact our Customer Services Team for advice.

If you would like to return an online purchase via post, please download, print and complete our online returns form and include it with the returned goods. Once the returned item is received, we will assess the item and process either a refund or an exchange and notify you via email.

In Store Returns
If you purchased your item through us at one of our store locations, you are welcome to return purchases at any of our physical store locations for a store credit or exchange, simply present the original Nature Baby invoice within 30 days of purchase along with the item/s you wish to return. Use our Store Locator to find your closest Nature Baby store.

Our garments are of the highest quality and we hope that after use, you are able to pass them on to others. If you'd like to donate these to charity for other little ones in need, please see the details here for Littlemore, a wonderful New Zealand charity who passes on preloved baby goods to those who need it most. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to send these back to us or drop off to one of our stores and we will pass them on to Littlemore on your behalf. Thank you!
